Proposing a Show

At the end of every semester, you have the opportunity to form a Production Team and propose a show to the Committee!

To do this you’ll:

• (at minimum) find a Director, Producer, & Musical Director

• Fill out a Show Proposal Form

• Fill out a Budget Form

• and Attend at least 1 Office Hours Slot before sending in your proposal.

After emailing in your application, the committee will send a list of questions in advance for you to consider.

You’ll then attend a Proposal Meeting to present your show to the Committee and answer any questions or concerns they might have.

After the Proposal Meetings, the Committee will review all of the Show Applications and
